    Highly recommended regardless of your age, weight or fitness level.

    I had never done any form of regular fitness before I joined, so I was happy that each movement could be scaled up or down to suit what I could handle. From day one I was welcomed and receiving encouragement from the staff and members. Every day is something different, something challenging and something to learn or perfect.

    I encourage anyone to come and check it out, say hi and give it a go.

    The last 3 months have been challenging but so much fun. I've learnt so much already and looking forward to learning a lot more. I've been so happy with my progress so far. The team there are so welcoming and supportive.

    Crossfit EC is definitely the best team and training environment I've been around. Head coach Trevor and his crew always strive for excellence and it shows through all their clients. I've been a member for well over 3 years and have continued to progress and made some great friendships along the way. If fitness is what your after then look no further, keep up the good work guys! ????
