  We've used our pool almost daily through summer and it's always had fantastic water clarity and is easy on our kids skin. Glad we made the choice to use a Magnapool

  If magnesium is your company’s claim to fame, why do none of the support staff know what the recommended concentration of magnesium is.
  
  They even sell test strips to measure the magnesium level but cannot tell you what concentration is recommended???
  
  After an online chat, and a follow up phone call to a supervisor, there was lots of "please wait while we find out", the only thing the support staff could tell me was that their Magnapool product is actually 70% Potassium chloride, so not sure what the magnesium concentration is or is recommended to be. Not sure what else to say, surely this show be the number right at the top of there FAQ sheet.

  The pool water is silky smooth, no harsh chlorine smell or residual on your skin, we can stay on it for hours, even the dog comes along!
