  Placed an order on Friday Morning for a set of canopy roof racks for my LDV T60. Was assured that being in Sydney i get them on the same day delivery.
  so i paid for the items. I sat home waited for the delivery when it came to about 3.30pm I rang them as i still dint get anything. Surprise I was told sorry they still here and we didn't have a courier to pick them up, I asked why didn't anyone ring before hand to inform me. No one could answer me why. I had a guy booked to install the racks on sat morning and as i couldn't get hold of him I was charged a call out fee of $100.
  On Monday 10/01/2021 i get a message from the sales guy asking why this dint happen, i replied to him saying that i was told that there was no courier on Friday and i did request a Monday morning -morning delivery, Its now 3.50pm on Monday 10/1/2021 and still no delivery, and again i wasn't told i cant get an am delivery until later this afternoon when i find out the way to get a morning delivery if they leave the store the night before.
  Its frustrating when you pay for a service and you don't get it or no one bothers to ring you and tell you there is a problem.
  I will never again pay for there delivery service.
  
  The items i ordered were 3 black roof racks to fit on a LDV t60 Canopy, they sent me the wrong item, I be going into the yard tomorrow and really loosing my temper.
  These people are now playing games, i be expecting a refund for the delivery as it wasn't what I ordered.
  
  Common curtesy in ringing a customer and letting them know there is an issue. I dot take the excuse we didn't know or we found out to late, as they know well in advance that someone isn't picking up the orders.
  I recommend to customers don't pay for the service until you get the order or just go and pick it up yourself. That's what i be doing in future.

  Got a part which was very hard to find. Price not bad. Have nt used it yet but it looks ok. Prompt service. They have a large variety of parts.

  The quoted me $85 for a parcel shelf, and $150 for 2 back head rests for a 07 Getz. I got 3 back head rests and a parcel shelf at pick and pay less for $65.

  Have dealt with this company twice, first about 2 years ago for a steering pump,it worked perfectly,called them again 2 weeks ago for an a/c compressor, it worked fine. Have been treated Good on each occasion, I live in QLD ordered part one day and it was on my doorstep the next delivered by TNT. Cant complain about that .
