  Oh my god... I am in complete shock!! I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life!! What on earth... Asked the lady today, with short hair and glasses to print out a receipt for me as proof of lodgement. She said she couldn't do that, then she goes I can try but I know it won't work. Next thing you know, it did work? She was being extremely rude saying she has to scan 100 packages and they can't print a receipt for every package. She even threw my customer's package worth $400+ in front of me?? One of the customer's waiting was literally laughing at her, how embarrassing!! Honestly, If you don't like your job, go home.

  The Asian lady with glasses who's been working here for a number of years has a reputation for being extremely impatience, rude, and inconsiderate when it comes to service and how she treats customers.
  
  I saw her hand in person the way she speaks to people and unfortunately have also experienced this myself as well.
  
  I made a simple inquirer regarding password, and she went on a huge ramble in a very rude and condensing tone. She even had the audacity to tell me that she and her colleague are very busy with packages and tells me to come back another day in a demanding tone.
  
  I don't know how she was hired in the first place. Her treatments with customers and poor service reflects the reviews you all see here.
  
  Australia Post needs to have her replace by someone more competent and someone who values their customers.

  The manager was extremely helpful with our passport application. Not only that but I watched how she went out of her way to help the elderly gentleman in front of me. Friendly and efficient- can’t beat that!

  If I could give no stars I would. Every time I go there it's never open on time. There's always a handwritten sign with altered opening times. 9:15 last week and 9:30 today! And to top it off it's closed on Saturdays. If you can't operate a business for the advertised hours sell it to someone who can.

  Why can’t they update their opening hours online, and to top it off it's closed on Saturdays. If you can't operate a business for the advertised hours sell it to someone who can.
