- Jodie Huxtable Added October 09, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★My boys and I have been going to MAD since the end of January and are loving it.. my kids have a lot more confidence and are enjoying their lessons.. the coaches spend alot of time with them teaching them different techniques.
The woman's classes are awesome. I love the atmosphere. It's not like your typical gym where everyone stares at you and can make you feel uncomfortable. The coaches are really helpful and make the classes enjoyable so you wanna keep coming back..

The instructors at the gym teach you proper techniques, skills and control. They take the time to help you and give you constructive feedback so you are learning & developing proper skills and continously improve. It is not like any other gym where its all about the name, money and showing off. You are guaranteed a genuine & unique experience and you also have fun! I highly recommend this gym! :)
